advent: part three

Are you tired of seeing this yet? I promise this will be the last advent related post, but I did want you to see what it looks like when finished. I have loved watching the kids carefully figure out where each ornament should go, and they are so excited to put the star on top. Here are the last of the ornaments:

Merry Christmas to all!

This is the cutest advent tree I've ever seen (I think this is the first I've commented on it). I just twittered it @sarahjbray :)

Brooke, every time I look at these posts I get this lovely little feeling about all your perfect little stitches. They make me want to hug a stranger.

I could never get tired of seeing this! It's so beautiful. I can't wait to get started on my own for next year! I've been reading along for a while and not commenting as we don't know each other, but I couldn't resist commenting on this post. Merry Christmas!

This is an adorable advent calendar! It reminds me of one we had in our home but this is done with much more sophistication and many more hours of work. You are a master of taking an idea and putting your own special "stamp" on it and making it new again. It is perfection.

So, when will you be mass-producing this for next year, for those of us that aren't crafty? I'll be first in line to buy it.

I really LOVE this. So perfectly cute! We never did an advent calendar growing up but I hope to do one with my kids (in the future - no kids yet). Would you mind sharing the measurements of the calendar? As a whole, meaning just the size of the white background piece so I have an idea :)
Merry Christmas!

i won't tire of this calendar. i'm hoping to get organized and create the (seemingly simpler) one at purlbee. i'll need to start by january 1, though, if i'm ever to complete it.

which is probably why i love looking at yours.

and congrats on the lovely wedding story in martha weddings. so cheery!
