purl calendar giveaway

One thing you might want to add to your Christmas list is Purlsoho.com's new calendar, full of projects from their blog, the Purl Bee. I am already loving the way it looks on my inspiration board. I've been designing this calendar for the past few months, and believe me when I say it was quite a feat to pick only twelve of our favorite projects. We ended up with a nice mix of sewing and patchwork, crochet and knitting projects.

Each month features a different project, with a lovely photo on the front and the materials you need for each project on the back (along with the link to the detailed project instructions on the Purl Bee.)

And the lovely ladies over at Purlsoho have given me two calendars to giveaway! Please leave a comment to enter. The kids and I will pick a winner Tuesday 12/15, so please enter by 12/14. I have never made anything in my life, in fact I don't think I've ever sewn a button on anything! But I came across your website and I was totally inspired. I fell in love with the embroidered felt advent calendar and decided that I was going to make it. And...I did!! Not in time for the full countdown, but I'm sure my kids won't mind as they're 2 1/2 years and 6 months old. It was the first time I embroidered, used a sewing machine and sewed. I followed your online tutorials and got some help from friends. My advent calendar is not straight or perfect by any stretch, but I am so excited about it.
